Services

Four services, one number to call.

Move it, fix it, hold it, or arrange the whole thing. Most jobs end up being some combination of the four.

What actually happens when you call.

It starts with a phone call

Route, container count, cargo and the date it has to move. Most jobs are quoted off a two-minute conversation, because the person answering is the person who prices it.

The price is for your job

Not a rate card with the awkward parts left off. If the route is difficult, or the window is tight, or the box needs work before it can move, that is in the number you are given.

It moves, and you know where it is

You get the driver number and the vehicle details when the job starts. If something slips, you hear it from us before you have to ask.

Paperwork that does not come back

Proof of delivery and a GST invoice raised against the movement. Clean documentation matters more than it sounds when you are the one reconciling it at month end.

Freight lorry travelling a long haul route

Delhi and the NCR, on a routine basis.

Longer runs are quoted on the route rather than turned down. Tell us where it has to get to.

01 · Transport

Container and trailer movement

The core of the business. Containers and cargo moved on trailer between inland container depots, factory gates and warehouses across Delhi and the National Capital Region.

You get the vehicle and driver details when the job starts, so you are not ringing an office to ask where your box has reached.

  • ICD, port and factory gate movements
  • Delhi and NCR on a routine basis
  • Longer runs quoted on the route
  • Driver and vehicle details shared up front

02 · Repair

Container repair and refurbishment

Repair and refurbishment work on containers, from structural damage through to washing, painting and stencilling before a box goes back on the road.

Work is quoted against the actual condition of the container rather than a flat rate, and nothing starts before you have agreed the cost.

  • Panel and structural repair
  • Washing and cleaning
  • Painting and stencilling to your marking
  • Costed against condition, agreed before work starts

03 · Storage

Warehousing and storage

Storage for cargo and containers when a vessel lands early, a consignee is not ready, or a movement has to be staged in two parts.

Space and duration are agreed per job. Tell us the volume and how long you need it and we will tell you what we can hold.

  • Short and medium term storage
  • Cargo and empty containers
  • Staged movements held between legs
  • Space confirmed per job, not oversold

04 · Forwarding

Freight forwarding and coordination

Coordinating a movement end to end: booking the transport, lining up the handling, and keeping the documentation straight so nothing stalls at a gate.

Useful when a shipment touches several vendors and you want a single number to call rather than a chain of people blaming each other.

  • Movement booked and coordinated
  • Documentation kept in order
  • Single point of contact across vendors
  • GST invoiced against every job

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the job and we will tell you what it takes. If it is not something we should be doing, we will say so.
