Not a long track record. What it buys you is someone who still knows every job personally, and who has learned the NCR routes the hard way rather than from a spreadsheet.
There is no account management layer here. You get the number of the person who prices the job, arranges the vehicle and answers for it when something slips. That is the whole proposition.
We would rather turn a job down than take it and handle it badly. If a movement needs a scale of operation we do not have, we will tell you that on the first call instead of the third.
